What are cookies?

What we use

Essential — shopping cart

We store your shopping cart in your browser's local storage so it persists between pages. This is strictly necessary for the site to function and does not require your consent. It is cleared automatically when you complete a purchase.

Essential — cookie consent preference

Once you make a choice on our cookie banner, we store that preference so we don't ask you again.

Storage key: cookie_consent — local storage, no expiry.

Analytics — Google Analytics (GA4)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and similar anonymised data. No personally identifiable information is collected.

Google Analytics is loaded via Google Tag Manager and only fires if you accept cookies. Google's cookie policy is available at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.

Payment — Stripe

When you proceed to checkout you are redirected to a Stripe-hosted payment page. Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and session management. These are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Managing your cookie preferences

You can change your cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit.

You can also disable or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling all cookies will prevent the shopping cart from working. Most browsers allow you to block third-party cookies only, which is a reasonable middle ground.

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all sites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
