Cold Case Books is operated by Kurt Wood, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our books

All books are secondhand or vintage unless otherwise stated. Each listing includes a condition description and photographs so you can assess the item before purchasing. We do our best to describe every book accurately and honestly.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Orders

A contract between you and Cold Case Books is formed when your payment is confirmed by Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if a book has been sold in error or is found to be in a significantly different condition than listed.

We sell to customers in the United Kingdom only.

Your consumer rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If goods are not as described, you are entitled to a full refund.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
