Change of mind

If you change your mind, you may return a book within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is returned in the same condition as sent. Please email us at Contact us (opens email) before sending anything back.

Return postage is at your expense for change-of-mind returns. Once we receive the book in good condition, we will refund the original purchase price. The original postage charge is non-refundable.

Damaged or not as described

If a book arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days at Contact us (opens email) with a brief description and a photo if possible.

In these cases we will issue a full refund including your original postage cost, and cover the cost of return postage. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to return

• Email Contact us (opens email) with your order details and reason for return
• We will confirm the return and provide a return address
• Pack the book securely and send it back within 7 days of our confirmation
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
